Firstly the sunglasses arrive scratched. I contacted the company and David, the 'CEO' instructed me to return them for a replacement at my own cost which he assured me would be refunded.
A week went by and no replacement arrived. After chasing this up, the cost of the glasses was refunded but not the postage. Several email communications later, I have had absolutely no joy in getting the postage refunded and I am £3.85 out of pocket with no sunglasses to show for it. David is now completely incommunicado which is a disgusting way to treat customers.
I am so disappointed in the whole experience. I wanted to support a local, ethical company but this has completely backfired. I would avoid this company because if ever you have a problem with your purchase, the customer service simply is not there to put it right and you will be left with out of pocket and with a very bad taste in your mouth.
