This website was very toxic and full of nasty people. It was hard to find good people that actually wanted to have a conversation. Most of the time, when I went in the room, people would always be hating and abuse each other. I'm glad it was shut down because it wasn't safe at all and definitely not good for anyone's mental health that was already struggling. If they decide to put up the site again they should have good moderators that actually do things right, unlike the old ones who just abused their power.

Fashion Nova has no real customer service that you can talk to which makes it really hard when you need to reach out to someone. Their customer service is also bot-like. However usually, when you do email them which is the only option to contact them, You do get an email back pretty fast depending on your issue and how busy they are. Some of the clothes are made of chemicals and things that are known to cause Cancer, Birth defects, and other serious issues. Since they get all their stuff from China Wholesale it's made with cheap materials of bad quality. Not everything is bad but I would definitely recommend buying things only without the warning tags. If you do end up buying something with a warning tag then make sure you wash it first before wearing it.

The site is very slow, which makes it hard to talk to people as it takes forever to load. It's not as bad as Chatiw. One thing to know tho is that if you are banned you are usually IP banned permanently. Unlike the other website which gives you a 48-hour ban. So you need to be careful when using this website because if you are banned then it's stressful to get them to unban you.
