Horrible experience! Ordered delivery because I had people over, despite living 3 blocks away. Order took 105 minutes to show up--cold. Tried their app to find about my order and got a message saying they were too busy but please be patient: Chat connection timed out TWICE waiting on them to reply!
Good job of convincing me to skip you guys and use grubhub instead! You've managed to lose a customer after this debacle...
