Ordered a Mickey Mantle t-shirt, paid full price and several weeks later received a pair of Gucci socks instead. Customer Service claimed it was a mistake of their 3rd party distributor, and that I could keep the socks, but they could only give me a partial refund (30%). I demanded full refund. They offered substitute product from a totally different product site. They claimed the t-shirt was a "promotional product" that is unavailable, even though the original website still shows it as available and being sold. To add insult to injury, I am very recently widowed, and wanted the shirt as something to remind me of my husband who passed away in June. This just makes me so angry and hurt to be taken advantage of. Unbelievable.
