I hope that anyone who contemplates ordering their products reads this first. I saw this company advertisement on Facebook for for their La Creme Skin Care moisturizer. The video was of a 93 year old lady having her grandson apply it to her face. Needless to say it practically smoothed all of her wrinkles away. Okay so I believed it. Sad they used a elderly woman as part of their scam. I decided to order their as advertised "sample offer" of the product.The website required a $4.95 payment for postage and handling. I input my credit card info to pay for the shipping. After clicking the button to place the order a "notice" comes up in very small writing stating the "trial offer" is actually an ongoing subscription for the products if not cancelled within 14 days of "ordering". I went back through the entire site to see if it said this anywhere and I just missed it(which is unusual since I am always extremely thorough when ordering on the net because of such instances), No where on the site does it state that the trial offer automatically turns into a subscription unless cancelled within 14 days of receipt. Upon completion of my order i almost immediately received a call from the company telling me I may need to order another product. I explained I did to want I just wanted to sample. I also discussed what
Sizes and charges they had if I wanted to order after the sample worked. He broke down all the sizes and prices. Never once explaining that I was getting full month supply instead of a sample. Well needless to say a week later I received the "sample" What happens is they shipped me a full size bottle even though they said I HAD SIGNED UP FOR A TRIAL SAMPLE" I noticed on the back of the pamphlet they had enclosed I saw in very small print they were going to charge me $87.63 if I did not return the container within 10 days of receipt. I placed a call to them (was put on hold for 15 minutes) I was told by BELLA LABS that they dont have sample size and I got what I ordered! For at least 10 minutes I argued with with him that was going to send it back to them and wanted my 4.95
Reimbursed as well as a return shipping label for the product I need to return (which did not hold up to what they said). He said they could NOT do that because it cost them money to package it and ship it to me so it's my loss and I would have to pay to ship it back. I told him to put his supervisor on the phone. After arguing with the supervisor he decided
That that would not reimburse the $4.95 but I could keep the creme and they would not charge me $87.63. Trust me though I am going to cancel my card to insure they dont get any more money for their worthless product. Just keep insisting they will eventually decide not to charge your account. Hope this helps.

I too fell under the belief that the trial membership was free. However when I was setting my profile up they offered me a $7.95 weekly charge for their best plan. Like a fool I gave them my credit card and the next screen that popped up showed me I was now on a 6 month plan for 111.76. I tried to find a phone number but to no avail. So I went under my account in OurTime and selected to Account Status. I then chose to contact customer service but the emails kept telling me to go back to the website to handle this.
Well that was not going to work for me. I decided to continue to reply to that same automated email form them about 10 times. I called my bank the next morning and disputed the charges. I also went in to the bank to cancel my debit
Card and complete another form(its not a big deal). The bank told me the company had 10 days to respond to the dispute the charges and if not they would deposit the money back into my account. To my surprise I received a email (2 days after they took the money) telling me they would refund me the money. Now lets hope they do that. I hope
This helps anyone else that is looking to get their money back. Also even if its a slight inconvenience in order to do to avoid possible future charges, cancel the debit card as well as your OurTime profile. I hope this helps.

I have had Iyogi for over 7 years and it has been the best purchase of my life. Over the years I have had many issues with my laptops from severe to simple. No matter what they have resolved them.
