Ordered 4 hats in October, received 2 (TB and Chargers) fairly quickly and now it is December and still don't have the other 2 hats. Tracking says delivered yet didn't receive them. Ordered two sweatshirts, also says delivered for both but didn't receive either and then received a modest refund of $60 for and $85 item. Customer service is a joke, nobody to actually talk to about problems like this. Will NEVER order anything here again. They basically stole almost $400 from me and I received two hats. So frustrating
