“Ridiculous that I am allowed to buy but not sell with no valid reason”

I had bought a Pokémon GO account a while back and had verified as a buyer … no issues transaction went smoothly. Then today I verified as a seller and was told that I could not sell but that I can still buy on the site. No reason provided.
