Ordered 6 shirts. On one of them the print was 6" lower than the rest which made the shirt look weird on the lower back. The other 5 for some reason the blue in the print was very dull like a printer when you run out of blue ink. I also ordered a hat that never showed up. Have sent 3 emails with no response. Called twice with a message only saying that their phones are down.
After the holiday season was over, customer service contacted me. Gave me the faulty shirts, and credit for future purchases. Although it took a wile to get a response, they did end up holding up to their satisfaction guarantee, which I appreciate, thanks zazzle
