We bought a fitness tracker, was broken from the beginning. They keep promising a refund, but it has been months since the process has started. They keep saying that they are processing it. They will not send a replacement item or the money and just keep stringing me along hoping I will forget about this.
We do in fact inspect all items before we ship them. Unfortunately, from time to time items get damaged during shipping.
