I placed an order (#*******) on January 2,2024, and still, I have no delivery tracking number or any product.

After 10 days of waiting I engaged with customer support, and their reply goes as follows:

However, in most cases, the order may have already been shipped and the team made a mistake by not updating the tracking status. However, as soon as there is an answer to this case, you will be kept informed. We apologize for any inconvenience.

After 15 days I have opened another customer service case and the reply goes as follows:

I'm based in Europe(Spain), and usually, I receive stuff from the Netherlands and in worse cases the deliveries take one week.

At this point, I'm starting to realize that I've been scammed and that my only hope now is to open a dispute with my bank to try to recover my money.

I seriously do not recommend this shop as it seems to not be reliable at all.
