Draftkings are the worst, they could care less about their loyal players, They hide behind their customer service reps (cheap labor from another country) and are totally clueless. They will never resolve any real issues, they will just keep sending you automated replys.They are a joke, stay away!
This is a multibillion dollar company that could care less about any customers You will never be able to speak to a live rep. They also had to pay millions in a class action lawsuit, I filed a BBB report and they still didnt respond. Theyre despicable.
