Not to be trusted. I bought a spa cover that was delivered with holes in it and they refused to make it right. Buyer beware!
Got a response from Master Spa parts telling me to work with Kristina. That is exactly who I was working with and she could/would do nothing despite her promises. I contacted them immediately, sent pics of the torn up box and the damaged cover. I even got a promise of refund from Jenni and they did NOTHING! I I sent pictures multiple times. Even blew up the photo for them to CLEARLY show holes in the cover a blind person could see. Even asked them if I should stick a pencil in the hole to make it more obvious. They just delayed so they could so they could do nothing then blame it on the imagined customer delay.
They don't provide any quality or integrity. I suspect they got their refund and just screwed me. Don't trust these unethical thieves.
Read their other poor reviews. This is a common trait.
