I paid an extra $25 for expedited shipping (1-3 days), never received an email from them regarding shipping details until I contacted the BBB, and then still, they sent my items after 5 days. I have tried to reach out to get refunded, but there is no phone number and they do not reply to emails. Also, they charged me an additional $10 for returning the items. I received a gift card for their clothes, which is the only reason I will be ordering from them again - I recommend Nordstrom or even Amazon for their jeans if you desperately need them, because they will not get back to you if there are any issues with your order. Awful experience
