Vendor contacted me this morning to apologize for messing up the order twice. Claim problem is with a California drop shipper they use who hasn't shipped the item. Refunded half the price and reported to me in a subsequent email that the item has indeed been shipped which is now shown on the USPS site. Credit them for trying, but doing it right the first time is better for everyone.

Ordered a product Dec 18th. Credit card charged appropriate amount. Got email with tracking number on Dec 20th--nothing ever came. Looked back at tracking number and USPS never got the item. Contacted merchant on Jan 12th who apologized and assured it would be shipped in 24 hours. Tracking still shows not received by USPS and merchant hasn't answered my 3 subsequent calls or 2 emails...
