My wife and I would give this hotel less than one star if that was humanly possible. During a one night (two day stay) our room keys failed to open the doors to our suite three different times. They never resolved this issue, nor were they remotely apologetic for the inconvenience of having us make repeated trips, from the ninth floor (requiring us to switch between two sets of elevators) to the front desk and back. The rooms and furnishings are badly in need of updating, yet they take every opportunity to try and upsell you for things, that are included at any American Express Luxury residence.
