I purchased a sit-up pad for $50. I should have paid attention to the reviews indicating that it was not comfortable and too hard, which turned out to be the case. I returned the pad promptly unused, but ended up paying them $32 for shipping! I requested some reimbursement, and they refused and insisted I pay for all shipping charges. I would advise being extremely careful before buying from this vendor.
Tip for consumers:
Do not buy this item, and do not expect any refund of shipping even if their product is not as advertised
