There are many employees' monitoring softwares available in the market today however only a few of them work as they say. Probably that is why you are reading this review to solidly know which software is worth your money. I have installed the software on my Windows PC and I can say that live monitoring feature is good.

The software captures PC screenshots so that the administrator knows what the targeted users are doing, computer events, keystrokes typed, temporary browser history and details of their recently opened documents. It has remote access, feature to broadcast one's screen which is great for teachers, classroom learning and seminars. With logged monitoring, you can log all activity like websites visited, chats/IM conversations, application usage, file changes, keystrokes and PC screenshots. Email reports option useful when one can't be in the office you still have the ability to view their user's activity logs.
