I got caught out by this company and they refuse to refund me my money despite me not trading it. The Financial advisor was demanding, ignorant and extremely rude on the phone! Please don't tell me you do not have my named account because I have emailed you several times directly to the Financial advisor, your support email address and the initial person I was contacted by. You have raised issues with trust pilot for me not to name these people
Tip for consumers:
they would manipulate the situation and take control of my account, making unreasonable changes to trades. It was a frustrating and disheartening experience that I would caution others to avoid at all costs.
