The past year I have given most of my business to amazon. I use to be an ebayer but with the fast delivery and competitive prices i had started buying nearly every thing from Amazon. I signed up December of 2014 for prime I didn't realize that once your 30 day free trial ended you would automatically be charged $99 with no prior warning at all no reminder email or anything honestly I hadn't layed much attention to the price or anything of prime because I never intended on paying the price I just saw free w day shipping. So that December I bought christmas from Amazon then I bought everyone's birthdays and through the she year of 2015 I prob spent more than a thousand dollars at amazon this year in 2016 I even started buying some groceries it was then that I thought man this is to good to be true cheap prices fast delivery soooo I dug into my account and found that my husband's card had been charged $104 for prime membership I assume that was our 2nd $104 payment I just missed it last January sooo I got nervous I'm 27 but I swear my blood pressure raised I got hot and red and sweaty so first thing the next morning I called 16 days after the charge appeared on the bank statement and to my surprise the refunded the entire $104 or they said they did I haven't checked at the bank and that was only about 4 or 5 days ago so I thought amazon isn't that bad after all my complaint there was my goodness send an email reminder or something that alerts customers they are about to be charged anyway so my prime membership is canceled I no longer have free 2 day shipping I just use free shipping and it sucks I placed an order for a knife set as a gift and it's been 4 days just processing it hasn't even shipped yet 4 days to process is a very long time in my opinion I think im done with amazon... Prob save my husband a whole lot of many any way but I'm not going to give anyone a good review it it takes nearly 2 weeks to get it

Good fast shipping but I still hate the set up of their website its difficult to find what I am looking for

I haven't wrote very many reviews in my life only when im extremely satisfied of unsatisfied and I HATE GRABOID it has went to sh** use to be good but not worth a da** it has become a complete waste of money and we will be canceling it tomorrow there is never any good movies on anymore they have removed a customer service telephone line so all you can do is email and now I hear its nearly impossible to cancel the bast**ds they take MB and give nothing in return trying to download a movie and the program has stopped responding so many times that I gave up and am now writing a review we have been graboid users for close to 3 years but we are done the past 4 months or so it hasn't been worth a $#*!
