I just cancelled my order on fiverr 10 minutes ago and looked for a website that I could post a review and warn others.
Things you should know:
The site is extremely difficult to navigate for a number of frustrating reasons:
Inconsistency of terms across the site.
Buyer and seller pages are mashed together with useless information for things you aren't looking for.
Not intuitive, at least not for an American. The navigation logic is extremely poor.
Customer service is non-existent. Contact is through canned response choices.
If you have a problem, navigating for a resolution leads to a process that takes days.
If you want to cancel an order you are subjected to days of red tape. Meanwhile, you can't repost the gig because you may have to pay for it twice if customer service decides you should not get a refund.
In conclusion, I would never use this site again to have work done for a website. It's just too frustrating at every level.
On top of everything else they have me listed as being from Mexico. Good luck trying to change that!
