Maybe poor training of the CustServ individual, a lack of service empowerment, or just a weak service person... but management resolved the matter. "$250 jersey is at least two sizes too small but they will not do a return. It took 3 days to get the chat feature to even show up on the screen and the service person was uninterested and didn't give a crap. The return process that happens when certain screens pop up doesn't work."
