They are NEVER available over the phone unless you wait for 2 hours or more. I stopped my service with them and have not been able to pay my remaining balance because their website is broken and I can't get ahold of anyone. The sent me to collection and I don't understand why I have to be the one paying for their incompetence!
On 07/15 I called and waited for 2 hours so they could tell me that their system is broken and that they would call me back. It's been two days without a call back.
