Like most negative reviews, I'll report that they have very pushy sales, overpriced gutters, and horrible customer service, along with questionable installation.

Upon meeting with them, I was quoted $19,000 to do the house and garage. Mind you, the house is a single story 48'x28' and garage is 20'x24'. Not huge by any stretch. After I gave him a hard NO, he "made a phone call to his supervisor". Acting surprised, he got off the phone and said that he doesn't know how, but he was given permission to miraculously reduce it to $14,500 through a series of promotions and discounts and exclusive offers. I've read tons of reviews on this exact thing, and so I kept pressing. Long story short, I only winded up doing the backside of the garage and the house for $5200, after initially being quoted almost $9k for just those areas. Shady, but I kept telling myself of the few good reviews that I've read and so I pulled the trigger after whittling them down.

They come and install it. I know that my standing seam roof has a drip edge that should go over the gutter, but the installers insist that it doesn't. I let it go, while telling them that I'll call them right back if water leaks on the backside. The guys that do the install are courteous enough. Well after they install it, I notice that the 48' seamless section got kinked. And you guessed it, the water leaks down the fascia. I also notice that they never delivered the splash blocks and black piping (petty, but I did pay for those).

So I call them back, having trouble getting in touch with the rep and manager. Finally, we schedule a date and time for them to come out and remedy the situation. They never show up. I called them again and reschedule. Today is that day. No show again. Called and left a voicemail to both guys. Can't get in touch. You can bet I'll ride them hard until they do the job right.

Here's the thing:
The gutters themselves seem to be of good quality. Water overshoots sometimes, but they generally work. All your positive reviews will reflect this. But there's so much negative that drags it all down.

Installation was not good, business practice and pricing was shady at best, and customer service is atrocious.

All in all, do not buy from them. They are sketchy, don't stand by there "workmanship guarantee" and I've read countless reviews on them failing their "no clog warranty" as well. I probably should have not gone with them. A product may be good, but if it isn't backed up by proper install, good customer service, and a solid warranty, what good is it?

If you do go with them, know your contract agreement be ready for a fight. I'm ready.
