“Terrible customer support, stalled development, and then lied about quality of work”

We are an early stage startup and outsourced some of our work to Mobiloitte, once they got the bulk of the money, they neglected my project. They overcharged promising test cases, and heavy QA for our existing Android app. They provided extremely low quality work with heavy lagging, they are very difficult to work with, we are trying to get our money back now. I would not suggest working with this outsourcing team.
