First time customer and I am not impressed. I had an accepted offer
On November 12. Then on November 14th I received an email from Greentoe
Support that the retailer that accepted my offer was sold out of the
Item and if I was still interested they would ship it when they got
Their restock which should be within 5-7 days or sooner. And that the
Retailer may charge my card to hold my item for me. I said that would be
Fine. Well, here we are 2 weeks after initial offer was accepted
And I have no idea what is going on. My card was never charged
Thankfully. But my offer is still listed as accepted. Greentoe support
Is not answering my emails and a call to their number just gives you a
Recording stating that they aren't offering phone support at the moment
And to send an email with a promise of a speedy reply. It's true what they say, you get what you pay for. I do not recommend this service. Update. Just got a phone call from Greentoe. Hopefully my item will ship next week Second update:
Well the promise ship date has come and gone and no TV in sight. I was
Told it will be another week. I have asked for my order to be cancelled
But they are no longer returning my emails. All my emails to customer
Support have since gone unanswered. Calling the support number still
Just gives you a message to email them instead. I have no idea if
My order has been cancelled or not. This is one of the worst customer
Service experiences I have had in the age of the internet. I would avoid Greentoe at all costs.
