So when the customer pays $80 for overnight shipping on a product I cannot just be bought at a normal store and you reach out to cancel the product because when you paid overnight shipping for a different company they actually " over night shipped it ". The order was still in the warehouse, it did NOTleave and they refused to let us cancel the order.
