The Good: We loved the features and design of our new LG French Door fridge.
Not So: What we didn't love was that it was underpowered nor that it failed miserably at 13 months.
We also didn't love that the appliance salesman never mentioned that LG had lost a class action suit for faulty refrigerators. Because of the class action suit, our 1 year warranty was extended.
After 11 days without a working refrigerator, the LG service technician was able to correct the problem (inadequate compressor which was replaced with a larger unit - LG known issue). Service was ok - just slow. Come to find out LG feels that repairs to refrigerators completed within 30 days of the service call is satisfactory
