. Check your emails I did sent you photos of my clipper and the blade that did not fit on the 6th of July. I also provided you with an independent witness who could attest to the fact the blade did not fit my clipper( a clipper shop in Adelaide, cant get more qualified than that) you completely ignored this, and probably will continue to do so. Again you should have paid the return postage. I am so glad the public can see what I have been dealing with.
This item was returned to us. We had no issue fitting it to the same make and model clipper that the customer has, and tested the blade. It was not faulty. As explained to the customer when he refused to send a photo showing what the issue was, he could return it to us - if found faulty we would refund with the return postage, but if the product was as it should be, which it was, we would process it as a change of mind return. The purchase price has been refunded in full.
