Tom has an uncanny nack for finding the best way to help you improve. I started taking guitar lessons with him without knowing what to expect and after the 1st lesson, he had already assessed my weaknesses and created a plan for helping me become a much better guitarist. Thanks to Tom Hess I have become massively better as a guitarist and musician.
