If you have issues with anything in this game, they are very very SLOWWWWWWWWWW to respond let alone act. I purchased a $100 packet in which I did not receive. Provided all bank information and documentation for them to continue to tell me they are working on it. I believe this was a ploy to avoid me going to my bank. Their representative Ricca took a week to finally tell me i was out of luck that they sent it, no questions just done. Great customer service, NOT. AVOID THIS GAME, as they have constant issues with serer maintance and purchasing any packages at YOUR OWN RISK
