If you are purchasing a E-bike from Rattan, beware folks… If you don't keep your "order number" on file somewhere and at the same time within the 12 month warranty you need service, well forget it you are out of a $1400 bike… No "order number" no service and no 12 month warranty… So again make sure you keep your "order number" because you can have every other piece of info on the bike but Rattan knows most people don't keep their "order number" after receiving the bike, so I had to pay $100 out of pocket for a new charger and the bike is only 3 months old… "Buyer beware"
