I ordered a 50" TV from Cotteway.com in May of 2020 and paid with paypal. I have been unable to get any response from the website. Cotteway.com will generate you a receipt when you pay, with confirmation numbers and a tracking option on the website, but it is always "processing". They will never ship your merchandise and you will not be able to contact anyone by phone or email for resolution. In September, I am still waiting for resolution, but no luck. I turned this over to the BBB and they also could get no response. Stay away unless you like giving away your money.
