Ordered a Laptop Battery and it arrived in good time and did what it was meant to do until one day my Laptop wouldnt recognize it anymore. Joe replied promptly to my email and suggested ideas to fix the problem. This didnt work so he then offered a replacement product or refund. I was then out of the country so requested a refund which arrived back to my bank promptly.
Great company!

With the current restrictions on batteries, the store had difficulties getting the laptop battery...
