SD Bullion screwed up my electronic payment, and when the order still hadn't shipped after 12 days, I called to check on the status, and the person I spoke to told me the original check had bounced. That was an absolute lie! They messed it up. I would recommend that you avoid this company.

You can call our bullion team at 1-800-294-8732. We are available from 8 a.m.-8 p.m. est Monday through Thursday and from 8 a.m.-6 p.m. est on Friday.
Regarding the turnaround, we apologize if there was any confusion. Checks and e-checks typically take 3-5 business days to be processed internally. After that, orders are sent to the shipping queue for 1-3 business days. Delivery with free shipping is 5-10 business days, once shipped.
