Ordered a toy for grandson which was not what I expected. I called and asked for a return authorization and prepaid shipping label as their website clearly states. I was told a return label would be emailed to me within 48 as mailing it to me was much longer. After 86 hours I called back as I had not received the label. I was told the first agent was mistaken and they don't issue labels. I am responsible for shipping. I told the agent that the website clearly states to request a FedEx prepaid return label. Oh you can request it, but I have to pay for it‍. Very shady and I will not be making any purchases in the future.
