Dealt with Michele today at City Ford. Didn't know what to expect with the fact that we had no idea what was wrong with our SUV ( Ford Edge). It was a pretty easy fix (new battery). She dealt with it quite effectively, from diagnostics right to getting it done. Dealing with the extended warranty, the dealership getting it paid for and getting our vehicle back to us in the parking lot. Just an all round pleasant experience.
