Supposedly changed guidlines so that neg reviews stayed in place until they had been looked into. Untrue... I now think these guys are open to any scam merchant that'll pay them.
They only communicate in templates they don't seem to want to be accountable. I always thought they were trustworthy turns out the pilots selling counterfeit goods with massive rip off prices

Do not trust trustpilot. They do remove honest negative reviews that show real face of companies...
