MobiKwik MobiKwik Kyc MobiKwik This is a day light scam, when you call customer service they say they do have much access to assist, if you ask to transfer the call to supervisor or a manager they say they can't do that. One point they will discontinue the call.
I paid my dues, they said remaining 1RS was there and now the penalty charges is RS4000+, I raised multiple tickets, without resolution they resolve the query.

Okay I didn't paid that RS 1 on time someone should have contacted me right either via call or atleast email. No you guys didn't do that, when I realised there is drop in cibil got to know this bloody MobiKwik is still active when I call and inquired, you people said 2 months due. Okay let me know the 2 months penalty amount I'll close this account once and forever. They say they can't do it. Then what the hell you guys can do? I'm tired of raising multiple tickets and sending email to your team who don't even care to respond and just close them resolved.
