Bought 2 24v grave digger power wheels.
1 is missing serial number plate to register and activate warranty. But runs fine. Battery lasts about 1 1/2 hours.
1 battery only lasts 1/2 hour and it runs if on/off switch is in either position. Tried calling their phone number *******067
Either says number no longer in use or gives you automated cue to direct call... if you pick the customer service/ warranty option it rings and says number no longer in service. You cannot get to speak to anyone and can not get problem resolved. Would not recommend doing business with this company if they don't have the decency to take calls and resolve issues and honor their warranty on products. I spent a lot of money to purchase 2 of their products and they are not there for the consumer, but readily take your money with no problems.
