I bought two steamer chairs and a table in July 2014. We used them until the end of the summer...
We are surprised to see this review from Mr Wright who ordered a Kensington Chair and cushion from us in December 2009 and was refunded in full under our ‘no quibble money back guarantee’ after advising us that he was not delighted with the chair.
Clearly, the Wrights did not understand that they were purchasing as stated on our website, … ‘a modern interpretation in genuine teak wood of the traditional club armchair in a distinctive Deco style’ and as such we intentionally distressed the chair to give an authentic patina of life (it is not unfinished garden furniture). This is normal practice within the industry and similar finishes can be seen in the furniture department of John Lewis today. I hope they managed to find a chair more in keeping with their requirements; meanwhile we continue to receive orders for our Kensington Range of furniture http://www.cyan-teak-furniture.com/acatalog/2_seater_kensington.php from satisfied customers.
