I've been ordering this product for years. I ordered 25(!) days ago. Finally got it today. Called the company 5 times. Very hard to get ahold of a real person. They sent it first to Hawaii and then to New Hamshire. I am in Oregon! What a screw up. No one apologized, no one offered a discount! Great product, terrible customer service.

Tip for consumers:
Called 5 times- was told EVERY time that there was no manager/supervisor available- REALLY????!!!!

Products used:
Waited 25 days for delivery- very very stupid
