They posted a product on FB - 2 low profile high speed reels - delivered 2 spinning reels that could have been purchased at Walmart! Then they refused a full refund unless I paid to ship the order back. SCAM SCAM SCm

I ordered a lifelike baby shark - as seen on Facebook. I got a plastic toy shark. They refused a full refund. Stay off this site! They scam you and then keep your money

“Worst customer service experience”

I ordered from this company and emailed them multiple times about the status if my order - they never responded. Myorder arrived and was too small - now I cannot get them to initiate an exchange. Total rip off! Don't throw your money away.
