Ordered takeout through the Toast app as we have done time & time again, typically if little things are missing or toast is a little dark we ignore it... But this was one time too many on the burnt food, especially being both meals. I finally called & was told they'd put mgr Cody the cook on, then after a brief hold the waitress came back on and said she'd refund the meals to the method of payment. Never happened. Called like a week plus later and was told the manager was gone for the day, but they'd leave a message for them to call in the morning. Also, never happened. Gave it a few more days, called back & said mgr Nicole would be in shortly and they'd have her call us that evening (doubt she even got the message, as she knows us... We've always been extremely friendly). Step up your game bobs, you've just lost 2 regulars. Floating staff from other locations is not helpful, nor is rehiring a cook that had been a problem before and was supposedly let go for it. Regulars see with their own eyes the constant changing of staff... It's either a negative work space, not enough pay, or burning staff out. The "good ones" seem to be fewer and fewer, and even they are worried with the new (next door) opening that they won't be able to do it with the constant changing/lack of good employees.
