After spending much money with Roamans and pretty satisfied with quality and customer service, they are now the worst in customer service. The clothes smell like chemicals and to return an item is a nightmare. A package was taken off my porch and I literally had to get an affidavit from a police report for a 145.00 package. Even then I was told that Roamns would do their own investigation. What?!
Not to mention the fact that the letter said a police report is required for items over 200.00. Mine was less but the demand for police report was made to me anyway. Its been weeks with no resolve. I'm DONE with Roamans. Worst yet, they just don't care. Bye Bye
