DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They have products listed as cases and they are not quantity cases. We purchased a "case" of drinks. After we purchased we realized it was only 6 drinks. I immediately went to the site to cancel. No option. It was late but I called the business, no answer left voicemail to cancel order immediately. Sent email to the only email received (*******@grocery.com), no reply. Called again several times the next day, no answer, left voicemail to cancel order. Also went through PayPal to cancel because they already processed the order (you can't do anything until they accept payment). The next thing we received was a shipping email, it went to spam so I didn't see it until later. Product is now shipping. Then we received a reply to our message in PayPal after it was shipped. They can't cancel the order because it already shipped. We can refuse shipment and then they "will get us the right product". But of course no mention of a refund. So we are stuck with 12 drinks (because I ordered 2 "cases") for almost $75. Do not order from them expecting customer service. They will ship it so they don't have to refund you. I'm still going to report them to PayPal but it probably won't do any good.
