I gave the site a one star because I paid for an assignment and the guidelines were not followed. When I reached out to them they stated I was past my days for revision. I showed them proof where I had just received the grade and they still wanted me to repurchase another paper

Unfortunately, we may offer the free revision period only within this time frame:
- 14 days for orders less than 10 pages,
- 30 days for orders that contain more than 10 pages.
Taking into account the large number of orders we handle daily, we cannot offer an unlimited revision period. However, we currently have an option to add a Grade Guarantee service to your order.
