The day I was ordering Rakhis from Rakhi mela, there was an issue on their website and my order did not go through. I also got a call from the Cust. Serv. To let me know of this problem. He asked me to order rakhis again. I did so. But then the previous order went through, and I got 2 confirmations sent to my hotmail.
I called the cust. Serv. To fix this. He told me he has taken care of it. But he did not. Both the orders went out, and I was charged twice for the same set of Rakhis. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE, save your money and go to a different website.
These guys promise you one thing on the phone but turn a blind eye to their promise, making a fool of you.

Rakhimela.com their service has really deteriorated over the years. It used to be much better but...
Last year also not get one rakhi... this year also not get 1 rakhi set... very very...
