I purchased a dress in October from this website for a Christmas gift for my daughter. When she opened and tried it on it was too small. I sent an email to Joyfolie that i need to exchange for the next size and they tell me that i can not exchange it because it was purchased over 45 days ago. So make sure if you are purchasing any type of gift don't purchase it early or you will be penalized if it is the wrong size. Horrible, horrible policy especially at Christmas time. I won't buy another thing from joyfolie.
Hello Deanna, We have provided a holiday extension to our normal 30-day return window. As your items were purchased over 75-days ago they would not be eligible under our extension. We have additionally taken a look to see if we had the dress in a larger size and unfortunately we are sold out. We apologize for this inconvenience.
