“Excellent After-sales Support”

I have to return the product because it will not turn on. I contacted the support immediately and they were there to answer my problem. I thought it will be a dead issue since I already paid but the after sales support was very accomodating. He just made some few verifications and told me that the item will be replaced and that the shipping would be free. Last week I received the replacement and love it!
