I placed a recent order and in my shopping cart I placed a care kit. I didn't realize when I checked out that it was no longer in my cart. I ordered an extra item just so I would get it. Then I was provided with a coupon code because I am a healthcare worker. After putting this code in it must have removed the care kit. Nothing alerted me to this. I received my order today and immediately contacted customer service via chat. They would do nothing to rectify the situation. A company like UGG has a terrible customer service? They can't even send out a few dollar care kit? I will never order from them again and this is what I told the person who assisted me on the chat. They should have a little autonomy to make customers happy. So for a few dollars they will never get another order.
